His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Wednesday a written message from Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa dealing with means of boosting bilateral relations at various levels

Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development said it had signed a loan agreement of KD 10 millions (about USD 34 millions) with Sri Lanka to fund the reconstruction of 25 bridges.
