H.E . Khalaf Bu Dhhair The Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Sri Lanka hosted Kuwait National Day Reception on the evening of 24/2/2016 at Cinnamon Grand Hotel – Colombo on the occasion of the 55th National Day of the State of Kuwait , 25 th Anniversary of the liberation of Kuwait.

Participants at this occasion on behalf of the Government of Sri Lanka Hon. Naveen Dissanayaka Minister of Plantation Industry ,Hon .A H M Fowzie Minister of National Integration and Reconciliation.,Hon . Ravi Karunanayaka , Minister of Finance Hon. Rauf Hakeem Minister of Urban Development, Water Supply and Drainage .Hon. Faizar Musthafa Minister of Local Government and Provincial Councils Hon. Thilanga Sumathipala Deputy Speaker and Members of Parliament representing several Political Parties In addition to that foreign Diplomats in Sri Lanka . also attended The Business Community , Media Personnel and several other high ranking officials representing Political, Economic and Religious Organizations.

أقام سعادة السفير خلف بوظهير حفل إستقبال بمناسبة الذكرى 55 للإستقلال والذكرى 25 للتحرير بتاريخ 24/2/2016 بفندق سينامون جراند في كولومبو ، وقد شهد الحفل حضورا واسعا ومميزا حيث شارك عدد كبير من أهم الشخصيات السياسية أبرزهم وزير صناعة الزراعة ناوين دسانايكا ، ووزير المالية راوي كرونانايكا ، ووزير الإندماج الوطني محمد فوزي ، ووزير تنمية المدن والمياه رؤوف حكيم ، ووزير الحكم المحلي ومجالس الإقليمية فيسر مصطفى ونائب رئيس البرلمان تلنجا سوماتيبالا بالإضافة إلى عدد كبير من أعضاء البرلمان من كافة الأحزاب السياسية والعديد من أصحاب السعادة ورؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية المعتمدة في كولومبو ورجال الأعمال والإعلاميين وممثلي الهيئات السياسية والإقتصادية والدينية.

HE Khalaf Bu Dhhair The Ambassador attended the Diamond jubilee and Convocation of the East Ceylon Arabic College . situated in Addalaichenai 340 Km away from the capital Colombo.. HE The Ambassador received a warm welcome from East Ceylon Arabic College Management Committee. The Chairman Prof . Ishaq who expressed in his welcome speech his gratitude to HE The Ambassador for visiting East Ceylon Arabic College despite a heavy schedule .

HE The Ambassador praised the efforts of the East Ceylon Arabic College in spreading Islam. Also HE explained in his speech about the role of Kuwait in providing assistance to Muslims around the world especially to the Muslims of Sri lanka in various fields such as education and culture. Finally HE Distributed the Graduation Certificates to the Students.

سعادة السفير يشارك في حفل التخرج واليوبيل الماسي للكلية الشرقية للدراسات الإسلامية

شارك سعادة السفير / خلف بوظهير بتاريخ 6/3/2016 في حفل التخرج واليوبيل الماسي للكلية الشرقية للدراسات الإسلامية والتي تقع في منطقة أتلاشيناي شرق سريلانكا ولقى سعادة السفير ترحيبا حار عند وصوله إلى مقرالكلية. وأعرب رئيس مجلس إدارة الكلية السيد/ محمد إسحاق أثناء كلمة الترحيب عن شكره الجزيل على حضور سعادة السفير رغم أشغاله ومهامه الدبلوماسية.

وألقى سعادة السفير كلمة أشاد فيها بجهود الكلية الشرقية لنشر الدين الإسلامي الصحيح ، كما أوضح سعادته في كلمته عن الدور الذي تلعبه دولة الكويت في تقديم المساعدات للمسلمين في أنحاء العالم وخاصة للمسلمين في سريلانكا في المجالين العلمي والثقافي. ، وقام سعادة السفير بتسليم الشهادات لبعض الخريجيين.

H.E . Khalaf Bu Dhhair The Ambassador met with the Mayor of Colombo Mr. Mohamed Muzammil 18/2/2016.. During the meeting both parties discussed bilateral relations in all aspects between the two countries.

مقابلة السفير مع رئيس مجلس البلدية السيد/ محمد مزمل

إلتقى سعادة السفير / خلف بوظهير بتاريخ 18/2/2016 بمقر بلدية كولومبو مع رئيس مجلس البلدية السيد/ محمد مزمل وجرى خلال اللقاء إستعراض العلاقات الثنائية وبحث أوجه التعاون بين البلدين وسبل دعمها وتعزيزها .

HE Khalaf Bu Dhhair The Ambassador participated in the prize giving ceremony which was organized by Zahira Collage of Colombo. The function took place at the Collage Auditorium on 27/2/2016.

H E delivered the speech on this occasion and he congratulated the students who received prizes for their achievements and wished them all success.

Many officers, religious leaders and School principals participated in this ceremony.

كرم سعادة السفير عدد من المتفوقين في الدراسة خلال حفل توزيع الجوائز على التلاميذ المتفوقين

كرم سعادة السفير / خلف بو ظهير بتاريخ 27/2/2016 عدد من المتفوقين في مدرسة الزهراء وذلك خلال حفل توزيع الجوائز على التلاميذ المتفوقين. وهنأ سعادة السفير خلال كلمته الطلبة المتفوقين متمنيا لهم دوام التقدم والنجاح .

وحضر الإحتفال حشد كبير من الشخصيات الرسمية والدينية وعدد كبير من مدراء المدارس في كولومبو.
