Embassy Fees & Charges

The Embassy of the State of Kuwait (Consular Division) has made the adjustment in the stamp fee effective from 01st January 2026. Rates are in Sri Lankan Rupees LKR.

The New Charges are as follows:

• Driver: Rs. 25,000/-
• Kuwait Police Report: Rs. 25,000/-
• Kuwait Driving License Certification: Rs. 25,000/-
• Housemaid / Labour: Rs. 18,750/-
• Certificate of Origin / Packing List: Rs. 18,750/-
• Commercial Invoice: Rs. 12,500/-
• Other Certificates: Rs. 6,250/-
